New students will receive their room selection by postal mail during the second week of July. It is each student’s responsibility to contact their roommate to make any arrangements prior to moving in. If for any reason you are not able to contact your assigned roommate after multiple attempts, we encourage you to call the Director of Student Life at (217) 732-3155, ext. 302 to determine if there is an alternate phone number, e-mail address, or another method you can use in order to contact them. In the event that after multiple attempts your roommate cannot be reached, we will assign you a new roommate.
Returning students you will need to pay the $125.00 room deposit fee and attend the room selection event. The date, time and location will be posted around campus and will also be included in writing which will be mailed to your home address we have on file.
Lincoln College is unable to guarantee your room selection without a deposit being made.
